Making a return Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase with us, we gladly accept returns due to defective merchandise or products at full price, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags, within 30 days from the day of purchase with evidence of proof of purchase.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase documents: - Original receipt - Photo copy of original receipt - Photo evidence of receipt - Card or bank invoice/receipt
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you: Sydney's Uggs will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, store credit, refund or repair where: -The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality -The product is not fit for its intended purpose -The product does not match the sample or our description If faulty, Sydney's Uggs may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. Sydeny's Uggs reserves the right to not offer an exchange for store credit, refund, or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind (Returns)
- We DO NOT offer a refund for change of mind. We will gladly offer you an exchange provided that: - The item being exchanged is in original condition, unmarked, unworn, unwashed with tags still attached. The item must be in sellable condition. This will be judged by our staff only. - You return the item within 45 days of the purchase date. We will credit you the difference in exchanges by providing store credit if you choose to exchange for a item of lesser value. If you choose not to exchange you may elect to receive store credit. You cannot exchange store credit for cash at any time.
If an item is faulty or wrongly described or different from the sample shown the we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price or provide a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. You may elect to receive a refund, if you qualify, through either cash or card. If your item is defective or faulty please contact us or visit one of our retailers as soon as possible, preferably the location from which you bought the item. If the item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing, we will replace or refund the item. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type. Please note we are unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customised, worn or washed. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after purchase or while product is in transit.
Sydney's Uggs reserves the right to: -Deny or reject any returns, exchanges and repairs if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. -Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair exchange or refund. This may result in any of those options being refused.
